Good for Justin! If someone who posts here gets to attend the show, I hope we hear about it – I enjoy those reports about the Idol Alumni.

I’m not a huge fan of Guarini, but I think he’ll do we’ll in this role. It’s very good role for a singer of his genre.

That is so awesome! Good for him!

Congrats to Justin! Quite a coup for him.

I was thinking another Idol had played Fiyero and remembered Adam Lambert was an understudy for the role before S8 and replaced the lead for a couple of performances. Not on Broadway, of course.

Congratulations to Justin. First Idol in a Shakespeare play on Broadway and now first Idol cast in Broadway’s WICKED, Broadway has been a good career for Justin and many other Idols.

It doesn’t seem like Justin’s post Idol career has been a walk in the park, so good for him; he didn’t give up and slowly but surely he’s movin’ on up. Wicked is still a very popular play, not my fave, but that’s just me.
