‘X Factor’s’ Night of No. 1 Hits: 20 Things You Didn’t See on TV – Diamond White is first to take the stage, but in slowing down her version of “I Wanna Dance With Somebody,” much of the studio audience is confused as to whether to stand or be seated. Indeed, for the first 30 seconds or so, the amount of rising and sitting feels like a church service. The most entertaining performance of the night was actually at the judges’ table, where Simon and Demi were practically going for each others’ throats. Case in point: the virtual stare-down they had following Paige Thomas’ stellar performance. – Read more at The Hollywood Reporter

Since some of the judges he worked with on Season 11 left the show we asked Colton who he thought would be a good addition to American Idol. “I think Justin Timberlake would be a great judge on American Idol,” he told CBS Local. “I think Billy Joel would be a great judge on American Idol or Elton John. I think Elton John would be hysterical actually.” – Read more at CBSLocal

Carrie Underwood, Mike Fisher: Hockey and Holidays Throw Marriage Curveballs – “I wish that would happen, to be honest,” the singer tells WYCD radio in Detroit. “I find myself getting angry, not for real, but getting annoyed because I was like, ‘OK, I’ll make my tour when you are going to be pretty much gone anyway during the season,’ and now he’s at home. We’ll have these crazy days where there’s all kinds of … a photo shoot, this show, then we travel here and I’ve got to get on a plane and fly to some awards show. I’ll call him and [say], ‘What did you do today?’ He’ll say, ‘I worked out and then I played golf.’ I’m like, ‘Oh, must be nice.'” (Watch the interview below.) – Read more at AOL Music

Glee Hunk Dean Geyer Dishes On Sexy Scene With Kate Hudson – “I had to pick [Kate] up and grab her, and she’d put her legs around me,” Dean told Kit Hoover and Billy Bush on Thursday’s Access Hollywood Live, of his and Kate’s dance set to the “Grease” ballad “There Are Worse Things I Could Do” on “Glee.” “With someone like her, I’m not sure where I’m allowed to grab! So the dance instructor says, ‘You have to grab her on the ass.’ “I was still a little tentative,” he continued, with a laugh. “On the day [of shooting] she says, ‘Just grab me. Grope my ass!’ That was the only way I could hold her up properly.” – Read more at Access Hollywood

Chris Colfer on How ‘Lightning’ Struck Twice – ETonline: Are you a good skater?
Colfer: You know, I have only skated once before in my life so I was really, really cautious the first hour. I got progressively much, much better as the night goes on. Now, I’m ready for The Olympics. ETonline: They say the key to skating is perfecting the fall. Colfer: If there’s one thing I know how to do, it’s fall.
