    Hi Everyone,

    There is a reason why I am late for the grand music occasion of the year. Well only got round to watching it  with family and friends.

    The verdict: One of the best Grammys ever. Among the best: Elton, Mavis & Co Elton and Ed, Frank Ocean, Justin Timberlake and even Taylor Swift:-)

    There were some outstanding performances;

    Bruno Mars, Sting, RiRi, Ziggy & Damian(Jr Gong):Dont call it a tribute  this is about musical influences. Its all about Bruno not Bob.They did an excellent job. A couple of seconds does not do any justice to the legend Bob Marley (Tuff Gong). I am sure Rita Marley is shrewd enough to know that the Grammy commitee would not be so generous. So she gave Ziggy and Damian her blessings  to perform. At least its better than nothing. Wow the amount of tunes Bob wrote and performed. To me & the world he was poet and a prophet. Not forgetting a humanitarian.oh #BobMarleyTribute & #JrGong trended on twitter basically saying similar things I have already said. 

    Anyway great to see the charismatic & the talented Damian Marley three  times Grammy winner. The only regae artist to win 2 grammys in one night for the genius album ”Welcome To JamRock” Hopefully  the UK will put on a proper tribute that will include the three brothers; Damian, Stephen & Ziggy soon.

    RiRi & Mikky Ekko: Very intense and effective  song. Riri like you have never seen her before;-)

    Jack White; Sounded so good.Really enjoyed this performance.

    The Black Keys: What an excellent Band! Want to hear more from them.

    Again, overall an unforgetable night.
