soo cute! can’t wait until the next video answering fan questions!! the jonas brothers and asiah epperson wrote some nice comments to him on the bottom of the page!

Poor guy is looking pretty tired too. I imagine he’s still having to do schoolwork on top of the tour rehearsals (unless he’s out already?). Cute video blog though, he’s such a nice kid.

How adorable is that! I hope he has a blast on tour. I hope Michael Johns doesn’t try to corrupt him too much, lol. They are going to have a great time. I know all of his tween and teen fans are swooning over this video blog.

He seems like such a nice kid, but that video about put me to sleep. LOL. Repeat, repeat, repeat. I’m sure his fans loved it though. Smart move, Archie!

We must say, that has got to be the worst video blog that we have ever seen in our lives.

Just kidding, David! It was awesome. No one could have done it better, especially us. =D

We know that you were refering to US when you said that we need to come to a show and that we know who we are. Trust us, we will be there.

Anyway, fantastic job on the video man. Can’t wait for more and can’t wait to see you this summer.

How cool, the message from The Jonas Bros, maybe they can hang out. It will be teen girl pandamonium, Archie and The Jonas Bros, oh lord!

I think Jason started something with his videos. Nice that David did this for his fans. It was his first one, so, he’ll probably get better.

I for one don’t care how he “does” on his fan videos.. he sends them from the heart and he had me smiling the entire time!!!

Bless his heart — it was fun, we’re going to have fun, more fun, awesome, thanks, thanks again, thank you sooooo much again and again (cut – we need new material), (back), we’re rehearsing, fun, awesome, you better come and you know who you are.

I was thinking — I suspect everyone watching this thinks that they’re one of the ‘you know who you are’ bunch. WE’LL BE THERE !

I’m not a huge fan of David’s but I do think he’s precious, in a developmentally stunted kinda way.

Archie is my favorite contestant since Kelly. I havent looked foward to an idols debut album more since kelly’s first one. i hope they dont f*** it up.

I’m glad you think he’s precious, but he’s not developmentally stunted–he’s a somewhat shy and quiet 17-year-old talking to a camera for 4 minutes without a script. Some people can do that better than others. It was his first shot at it, and he’ll probably get better when he has something more to do (like answer the fan questions in Part II). He’s a rambler, obviously. In interviews, one-on-one, he’s a well-spoken kid with a sense of humor about himself.

I think he did great, and I love that he had the perma-grin on the entire time. It’s hard not to smile when he’s beaming into the camera back at you.

OMG that was so funny. he’s such a nice kid but he was driving me crazy with the “you guys” and “fun” over and over again. but the the part about us being the judges had me rolling on the floor. i totally get why dcook likes talking with him. he’s funny without meaning to be. he doesn’t have to try, he just is. (kinda like his singing, looks effortless) Good going Archie!

and as far as idols doing video blogs it was not started by this year’s group. i know chris daughtry started doing them when his album was first released in 2006. i think it’s an RCA thing now.

Jason’s videos were home videos, as he isn’t signed with RCA. I was referring to this season.

How cute! Why playing “think of me” in the background? Smart, smart kid, ha!

Archie is such an amazing kid, so talented, humble and likeable. Hope his album is good. I heard he wants to do least one song an acapella for his album. That would be fantastic! I look forward to his AI tour performance and album.

Archie is so great….he sure brings a smile to my face!

I don’t know any 17 year olds who have perfected the art of speaking to millions of people, so maybe I look at it differently than that. I think he is sincere and natural. It sounds like he is speaking to friends and that makes me enjoy it more than if he had been scripted.

Archie is gonna have a part 2 video for his myspace blog : questions answered! Can’t wait to see what type of questions he is gonna answer. I hope its interesting ones, not just the recycled one like do you have a girlfriend? :wink_wp:

Actually, Danny Noriega posted some vlogs before Jason, so he wasn’t the first this season. I’m not sure if anyone else has or not.

He’s a cute kid…looks, sounds and acts about 12 or 13..but I’m sure his fans will love this.

Okay, I never would’ve guessed Archie was a babbler I think he said more in that 4 mins than he did over the entire season of AI! I dunno why but he cracks me up. Adorable kid (The Cook shoutout at the end didn’t hurt either…a smart kid too!)

I just love this guy. He makes me smile!
He comes across as giddy but after seeing most of his
interviews especially the MS one, I feel like he is deeper and
more intelligent than I got from the show.
