“I’m not an amazing singer or musician, that’s full of so much amazing talent,” tweets American Idol top 31 contestant, Spencer Lloyd, “but I will use every bit I have to glorify God.”

The Bryant, Arkansas singer, is following  Mandisa and Colton Dixon into the world of contemporary Christian music.

His twitter feed is full of all sorts of inspirational messages like the one I posted above:

“If music is my life then it’s a life worth living. It’s the type of lifestyle that just keeps on giving.”

“Music really does heal wounds. It gives me hope, and possibility.”

“Don’t listen to the world, they’ll try to tell you that you’re an ordinary girl!”

Speaking of girls. For those of you who already have a crush on Spencer, he tweets what sounds suspiciously like a is Christian Mingle dating profile, “Things I want my Wife to do: -be gorgeous -Love God -stay up as late as possible watching Superhero movies and Transformers.”

As far as music is concerned, there’s not much to be found around the net, although Spencer does have a Facebook and Instagram account that contain a slew of photos, posing with friends and relatives. He plays guitar AND piano. Here’s the only bit of singing I could find, a 16 second “Say Something” cover teaser.

And this video? While it doesn’t demonstrate his musical chops, it does prove the man has a sense of humor, as he and a friend jokingly lip sync to “I Believe I Can Fly” while driving in a van with friends. According to his Facebook page, he’s a big fan of Anchorman and Napoleon Dynamite. So, there you go.

UPDATED: Here’s Spencer with American Idol 12 alum, Angie Miller.
