Allison Iraheta will be opening for Adam Lambert on selected dates on his Glam Nation tour this summer.

    Yay she’s coming here! (That girl is AMAZING. Totally worth the price of a ticket.) What’s kinda hilarious is that last year’s top 4 + this year’s top 10 are all coming in the span of about a month… better start saving now.

    Go to Ticketmaster, search for Adam Lambert. They will show when tickets are on sale (if the on-sale date has been decided). Then try to buy them the minute they go on sale; the shows so far have sold out very fast.

    FYI: Columbus goes on sale in 4 min!!!

    I hope so, because she’s the only reason I’ll a) scramble for tickets and b) schlep down to Orange Co. Anybody have any info as to whether she’ll be on the bill in Costa Mesa?

    I’m not sure than any of the dates in Canada have been finalized (have they?), so she may still show up here.

    Not an Allison fan but was always impressed by her great stage presence and powerful vocal at such a young age. I just wish that Jive would have arranged for her to open for bigger, more esablished acts to expose to non-AI viewers, rather than the same old AI audience who most probably dun care about her. The highly popular rock band among young people such as Paramore would be a good fit. The lead singer is also a bubbly rocker chick with bright hair. Nevertheless, the deal is already done and I hope Allison could gain new fans from Orianthi.

    Maybe they tried. Allison was one of my favorites, but she hasn’t had a successful post-AI career YET. (not saying it couldn’t happen) Adam already had Orianthi as an opening act. Allison was a late addition. Jive might not have had the option of matching her up with a group like Paramore. IMO, she’s lucky to have these opportunities for the summer.

    I would imagine that Adam’s fans will buy her music if they haven’t done so already. Sometimes you get sooo invested in one person that you forget there are others who have a great CD out.

    Wish they would go on sale.

    Organic: Somewhere on the Milwaukee venue website, I found something that said the tickets go on sale next Friday (May 7). So I called the venue box office yesterday to inquire about a pre-sale, and the girl said it would begin on Wednesday, May 5. You have to sign up for their internet membership thingy, though, if you haven’t already, because they’ll send you a code word. You might want to call the venue to double-check that the info. the girl gave me was correct, but this is what I’ve learned thus far.

    I am wondering if anyone has bought tickets to the Toledo show? I have been trying since 10am with my husband on one computer and me on another. We have not been able to get tickets yet. Is anyone else trying and what has been your experience? I am new to ticket master so I was wondering if it is normal to be waiting on the searching page for 30 mins? The dial just keeps spinning, so I know it is not frozen and yet the page has not refreshed itself like it says it will. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank You!
