The Voice Tour 2014 – Jake Barker, Online Poll Winner to Join

The lineup of The Voice summer tour, beginning in San Antonio TX on June 21, is beginning to shape up. With the unveiling of the Top 3 last week, we now know that Christina Grimmie, Jake Worthington and Josh Kaufman have been added to the tour that already boasts Season 5 champion Tessanne Chin, runner-up Jacquie Lee and 3rd place finisher, Will Champlin.

Season 1 runner up Dia Frampton is also part of the line up, as is, according to Pollstar, Jake Barker, eliminated in the playoffs. It was his audition of “When I Was Your Man” and his 1.791 million hits on YouTube that resulted in him receiving an invitation to the tour. Or maybe that the promoters decided that they needed some eye candy on the road!

There’s ONE space left to fill and that will go to the winner of an online poll happening right now. Eliminated members of the Top 8 are eligible. VOTE HERE.

Here’s how it’s shaking out so far:

Kristen Merlin 39%
Kat Perkins 21%
Audra McLaughlin 21%
Delvin Choice 11%
Sisaundra Lewis 8%

By the looks of things so far, country singer, Kristen Merlin will be joining the tour. The winner will be announced during Tuesday’s finale, airing on NBC 9/8c PM.
