According to The Hollywood Reporter, The Voice will add an extra results show on Wednesday, June 22 at 8 pm and has scheduled its finale for the following week on Wednesday June 29 at 8 pm. Both newly-scheduled episodes will air live.
The Voice becomes more and more like American Idol. Lulz x1000. At this point, Nigel Lythgoe and company couldn’t possibly be afraid of this wannabe show anymore, although I would imagine Nigel is pissed that they are scheduling against the Wednesday edition of So You Think You Can Dance.
