I can’t call this a live blog, because Hurricane Irene, even in her weakened state, managed to knock out my power today and I have NO idea when I’m getting it back.

Lady Gaga presented the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award to Britney Spears. She said, “I used to hang posers of her on my wall and touch myself when I was laying in bed.” Uhm.
Justin Beiber gave a big Jesus speech when he accepted his award. Wait…am I watching the CMAs? Whoops. No.
Tony Bennett shared the video of him recording with Amy Winehouse. Bruno Mars payed tribute to the late singer.
