Congrats to Season 9 Idol alum, Mike Lynche. He and wife Christa welcomed a boy boy–Kingston Michael Lynche, born Tuesday, Feb. 22 in New York City, weighing in at 7.25 lbs.
“We go home Thursday morning,” an elated Lynche, 28, reports to PEOPLE. “Much different experience than last time! No issues at all.”
You might recall that Big Mike missed the birth of his daughter, Laila Rose while he was competing on Idol in the Hollywood Round.
“The best part of life after Idol has been my wife Christa and my baby Laila getting to travel everywhere with me,” Lynche says. “Now that we’re adding a new little one to our family, we couldn’t be happier!”
