BBC 1 – Kelly Clarkson

A couple of tidbits about her new album, All I Ever Wanted, set to be released March 10:

  • The title cut, “All I Ever Wanted” is her favorite song on the new record.
  • Kelly says the new one is different from her previous records
  • There’s a lot of “soulful 70’s rock stuff” on the album, she says.
  • She describes a song called “Why You Want to Bring me Down” as very British punk.
  • The single cover was purposefully over-photoshopped to make it look very “candy-like.”
  • She wrote 6 songs with Ryan Tedder of OneRepublic, 4 of them made the record.

The single “My Life Would Suck Without You” will have it’s world premiere in the US on Tuesday, 1/13.
