In this interview with Coyote 93.7, Kellie talks about a song she’s recorded for the new album that was written just for her called “Where’s Tammy Wynette” that’s about how upset she gets that she’ll never meet the country legend. The song is written by Jimmy Ritchey (who’s cowritten George Strait hits like “I Gotta Get To You” and “Twang”) plus a bunch of Jake Owen songs), Leslie Satcher (who cowrote “Tough”), and Don Poythress (who cowrote Kellie’s “Things That Never Cross A Man’s Mind” and Easton Corbin’s breakthrough hit “A Little More Country Than That”).
