Former American Idol contestant arrested in phony-computer scam – A former American Idol contestant who several years ago was zapped with a police stun gun while strapped to a hospital gurney is charged with selling phony computers to strangers in Altamonte Springs. Antonio “Skiibo-Ski” Wheeler, 26, several times last year offered to sell Apple Macbook laptops to people in store parking lots at a discount, police said. In two of three cases, he claimed to work for Best Buy and have bought the computers in bulk or on discount, a report states. After customers paid, he gave them boxes filled with a textbook or something else to give them weight, investigators said. By the time they opened the box, he was gone.
