EW Exclusive: Kris Allen performs a ‘reggae’ acoustic ‘No Boundaries’

Lucky for me (and for all of us, really), Kris and his buddy Cale Mills started noodling around on their guitars, and before I knew it, they’d begun an acoustic-reggae rendition of the much maligned Idol victory anthem “No Boundaries.” Yeah, there’s still that line about weathering the hurricane, but — and I am shocked to say this in public — the Kara DioGuardi-penned ditty doesn’t sound too bad!

Concert review: Carrie Underwood soars at Oklahoma City’s Ford Center

In more ways than one, Carrie Underwood soared back into her home state Wednesday night.

Whether cruising above the audience in a flying pickup truck or sending her voice into the rafters as she nailed the big notes, the two-time Academy of Country Music Entertainer of the Year dazzled the sold-out crowd at Oklahoma City’s Ford Center with a nearly two-hour performance.

Wednesday’s stop on her blockbuster “Play On Tour” was the 2005 “American Idol” winner’s first headlining appearance in the Oklahoma City arena. She last played the Ford Center as part of the 2007 Oklahoma Centennial Spectacular; she also opened for Brad Paisley at a November 2006 concert in the venue.

Anoop Desai in Atlanta for BMI showcase concert

Anoop said he moved to Los Angeles last year in October. “I didn’t really fit in there, ” he said. “Maybe I thought I was something I wasn’t. I had this idea in my mind what I should be doing when I really hadn’t put the work in yet.”

So he moved back to Chapel Hill, N.C. seven months later. He said he’s been far more productive since being back home. He’s assembled his manager, radio and publicity team. He put out his indie E.P.

But without label support, he knows how hard it is to get radio airplay. He has a single out “All is Fair, ” which is being played on a single station in Savannah.

Anoop is flying out to Los Angeles tomorrow morning to shoot a video for the song and record more tunes.

Dianna Agron Blogs About the GQ Glee Cover Controversy

I’d like to start by saying that these are solely my thoughts on the November issue of GQ and the controversy that has surrounded its release. I am not a representative of the three of us, the show, or Fox, only myself.

In the land of Madonna, Britney, Miley, Gossip Girl, other public figures and shows that have pushed the envelope and challenged the levels of comfort in their viewers and fans…we are not the first. Now, in perpetuating the type of images that evoke these kind of emotions, I am sorry. If you are hurt or these photos make you uncomfortable, it was never our intention. And if your eight-year-old has a copy of our GQ cover in hand, again I am sorry. But I would have to ask, how on earth did it get there?

‘Glee’ Exclusive: John Stamos was supposed to play Dr. Frank-N-Furter in the ‘Rocky Horror’ episode

It turns out, however, that guest star John Stamos, who plays the new squeeze of guidance counselor Emma Pillsbury (Jayma Mays), was originally going to tackle the naughty anthem. While speaking with EW last month about his recurring role on Glee, Stamos said of the Rocky Horror episode, “I was supposed to be doing ‘Sweet Transvestite, ’ but I think the network saw the script and was like, ‘Stamos in fish nets? It’s too soon!’” Stamos chuckles. “So they switched it up. I was bummed, because I wanted to play that part.” Indeed, if this leaked demo is to be believed, Stamos even recorded a version of the song.

Stamos instead donned a black leather jacket and straddled a motorcycle as ex-delivery boy Eddie, played in the film by Meat Loaf, for the song “Hot Patootie — Bless My Soul.”

Glee’s Naya Rivera ‘Was a Nerd’ In High School

It’s not a case of art imitating life for Glee star Naya Rivera, who plays devilish Cheerios cheerleader Santana on Fox’s hit show.

“In high school, I was most like Artie and Rachel. I knew what I wanted, like Rachel, although I wasn’t as obnoxious, ” Rivera – who made her onscreen debut at age 4 – tells Fitness magazine. “But like Artie, I was a nerd, always trying to fit in and get my hair to lie flat.”

  1. Very positive review for Danny’s concert last night with The Band Perry and Steel Magnolia. Sounds like it was a lot of fun to be there, too bad the venue nazis were reportedly shutting down hard on anyone trying to take photos or video.

    http://www.buffalonews.com/entertainment/gusto/concert-reviews/article226423.ece

Appears it was more a jam format than serial concert sets but Danny was the featured artist.

Talk about fresh horses. This year’s WYRK-FM fall acoustic show presented some just-blossoming acts, most of whom have enjoyed the boom associated with music-based reality television shows, and all of whom offer an interesting perspective on modern country music.

All three outfits shared the stage simultaneously, as is traditional at these shows, and one group’s songs segued into the next group’s, with the playful between-song banter acting as a worthy substitute to the rock-based bombast of arena country shows.[..]

The good news? All excelled and somehow suggested the makings of one killer up-and-coming country supergroup. Inspiring as well was the manner in which the full house at the Center for the Arts refused to play favorites and embraced the efforts of all three entities equally. This made for a spirited evening out front and what looked like an occasionally tense but consistently fiery interplay among the musicians onstage.

  2. YAY Danny – #5 performance at the Opry – I wonder if he will be singing that Christmas song he mentioned he is working on?

  3. Dianna Agron’s photos were on the edge but in keeping with that a cheerleader might show off.

It was really Lea Michelle’s photos that crossed the line into misogyny and appeal to a certain kind of exploitation fantasy of teen girls.

  4. I’ve pretty much had it with Glee. Dianna Agron (Quin) makes a point in her blog of stating that 8 year olds shouldn’t be reading GQ. Come on. Those photos are all over the net. Nobody has to go to ye olde magazine stand to see them. And Glee appeals to young adolescent girls, who are already bombarded with unhealthy hypersexualized images of women in the media. I wonder how many parents realize how much sexual content there is in an average episode of Glee. And yes, I have become my mother.

ETA I agree with Druzilla, Lea Michelle’s photos were the ones that really crossed the line.

  5. I’ve only watched the first episode of Glee and haven’t been following anything about the show. I did read the headline this morning about the photo shoot, because of this article where a group of cheerleaders complained that their uniforms showed too much skin and wanted the uniforms changed to cover more skin.

    http://www.nbcconnecticut.com/news/local-beat/Cheerleaders-Dont-Want-to-Show-So-Much-Skin-Bridgeport-104276828.html

I applauded these girls when I first read their complaints about the new uniforms, because the trend is to go the other direction and show more skin. I was surprised when I read the comments, there are a lot of comments berating the girls for their modesty and are saying they should get out of cheerleading because a lot of other girls would wear the uniforms without complaint.

Lea Michele has a great body and at 24 I have no problem with how she’s dressed or posed. However, I think it’s a bit over-the-top as a high school student. I don’t mind Dianna as much.

  6. So excited for Danny. His 5th appearance at the Grand Ole Opry. That’s awesome. They must love him there. :)

Steph, great review about last nights concert. Thanks for sharing it here with us other Danny fans to see. :)

  7. I applauded these girls when I first read their complaints about the new uniforms, because the trend is to go the other direction and show more skin. I was surprised when I read the comments, there are a lot of comments berating the girls for their modesty and are saying they should get out of cheerleading because a lot of other girls would wear the uniforms without complaint

At least these cheerleaders are adults, or in HS, I’m guessing? I saw part of a Today show segment about this little girl, I’m guessing she was 7 or 8, though the others in her squad were 5 or 6, who got kicked out of her cheer squad because she refused to do his booty-shake routine where she also had to say “booty”. I think that was the gist of the story, I didn’t catch the whole thing. Anyway. I thought that was disturbing…

About the photoshoot…. I don’t really like the pics either, but Lea Michele isn’t really wearing anything different from what she and the actress who plays Brittany have already worn during the Britney Spears episode. Not saying that means it’s cool for little girls to see them dressed that way, but my point is that little girls who sought out these GQ pics online are probably already fans of the show, and have seen worse on the show… I mean, the GQ pics are kinda just reflecting the actual show, IMO, and not worse. Maybe young kids shouldn’t be watching Glee to begin?

Steph, great review about last nights concert. Thanks for sharing it here with us other Danny fans to see. :)

    Glad you liked it.

Technically I guess, it will be closing in toward Danny’s tenth show at the Opry before too long. Some of his appearances were on evenings when they had early and late shows and he performed at both :)

  10. The President/CEO tweeting Kris, I hope Kris will see it in his twitter feed, I’m sure he will be delighted and will grab the opportunity being offered to him, lol.

Cool for Danny to get to perform at the Grand Ole Opry again.
Steph, any update on Danny’s 36 city tour? I always check the link you gave me but finds none. He only have I think 4 concerts (headlining) from now till next month. I’ll be attending concert of Kris next month and Adam in December and I also want to be able to go to a Danny concert.
Also, would you know if he’ll release a third single?

  11. ETA I agree with Druzilla, Lea Michelle’s photos were the ones that really crossed the line.

I also think it was more Lea Michelle’s photos that people thought was going to far, than Dianna’s. With her being in her underwear and doing some of the poses that she did. I don’t think she’s ever dressed like that on Glee. GQ does do stuff like this, but I can understand why some people might have looked at photos like Lea and said “ick”.

  12. The President/CEO tweeting Kris, I hope Kris will see it in his twitter feed, I’m sure he will be delighted and will grab the opportunity being offered to him, lol.

I thought Kris never reads his @replies? Is that still the case? Think I heard it here. Maybe if someone he’s following brings it to his attention; otherwise, it’d be a shame if he doesn’t see the offer! Lurrve Chick Fil-a, hmm..

He does sometimes. He did last night when he tweeted about eating a vegan cheesesteak in Philly. Some fans replied to him in disgust and he responded. He was up at the time because he did an interview with a radio station in Little Rock about his concert in Conway next week.

  14. adam receive a new pair of tights from oz dj

Well, hopefully he’ll wear them sometime!

  15. ETA I agree with Druzilla, Lea Michelle’s photos were the ones that really crossed the line.

I agree with you both. IMO, there was nothing inappropriate about Dianna’s pics, but Lea’s were excessively revealing and her poses were overly suggestive, sexually.

  16. Wow, Danny at the GOO again! So happy he is given opportunities like this. They must be loving his amazing live performances! :)

  17. Jessica Sierra’s PR team is using the terms “much anticipated” and “HIT” very liberally…?

Slow news day, so I’ll post this bit of silliness– one of David Cook’s friends, @danielisrad was posting a bunch of party pictures on twitter last night. It was never explicitly stated they were at David’s, but seems there was some drinking and fooling around at Chez Cook’s, where they ended up taping Monty’s hand to his beer bottle: http://yfrog.com/7bezcpj
. I think that’s David’s body there, the one doing the taping. Here is one of Dublin’s tail, LOL: http://yfrog.com/mfdibdj.

  18. If the pics had just been Lea and Dianna dressed normally and not like high school students I wouldn’t have a problem with the shoot. That is where the shoot crossed the line from tacky to inappropriate. I think Glee is trying to straddle the line of family friendly and risque, and I think that is a moronic move. I like Glee risque and dark, so I wish they would push it back an hour. It isn’t just that it is at 8 o’clock either. I’ve seen Ryan Murphy refer to the show as one families can enjoy together, and Glee merchandise is marketed at little kids.

  19. I’ve seen Ryan Murphy refer to the show as one families can enjoy together, and Glee merchandise is marketed at little kids.

Ryan Murphy said that the show is one the whole family can enjoy together? Uh yeah, he’s wrong on that one. It is a show for adults and is fine as such.

And I find the cover and photoshoot gross, but typical of ack, Terry Richardson (why that sexual harrassing hack is still working, is a mystery to me). So the misogyny, and imagry of porn with pedophile overtones, is part of his schtick. But that being said, the PTC’s ojections to this photoshoot do strike me as OTT. These women are not actual teens, but actual adults. This magazine is geared toward adults, and the whole naughty school girl thing, is pretty common for sexual images in mainstream TV, movies and magazines that are geared towards adults.

So misogynistic and just plain ugly as I find the GQ Glee pictures, I don’t think they’re actually corrupting the chirruns.

  20. About the Glee pictures they are all in their 20s, if they want to do a racy photo shoot it’s on them, even if its dressed like high school students IMO. I think for me it just goes against the spirit of the show… which seems to be all about the non-beautiful people, the people who don’t conform, the people who are struggling to find their place without being the popular girl/boy sexpots (in fact, the characters most like that are there for us to laugh at). And Lea’s character personifies the spirit of being a different kind of girl than what’s “in”. So, it just seems weird to see her doing the Playboy model-type thing, since the show is seems to be all about the opposite of that IMO. The fact that she did it in character almost makes it uncomfortable.

That said, I don’t know if it deserves this much bruhaha. They are not ACTUALLY the people they play on TV.

  21. I am glad to see that Danny is in the studio recording a Christmas song. I know that some Country artists will release Christmas songs to radio during the Holiday season. I wonder if Danny is recording a classic Christmas song, or a new Christmas song. And if it might end up being available for sale as well.

  22. Thanks STeph, you always find the best news.

Loved that review for the concert. I know there are varying controversies over the state of “new country” but that seems like one reviewer who was really happy with what he heard. I liked his closing line:

It worked. Everyone ended up delivering the goods, and in the process, offering a glimpse of what modern country might become if it tones down the bombast and lets the music do the talking.

Bianca, They haven’t announced new dates yet; I think between the hosting for AMA, the CMAs and other banquets in November and the ACAs in early December (I would imagine Danny will attend since he is nominated ) I think his schedule is filling up. And now the Opry and a Christmas song :) I believe they have been holding off because of some of these developments. If he gets a third single, it won’t be until after Christmas obviously, since they are recording a Christmas song :). Very excited to see what he records.

I think there is a lot going on with his foundation right now too. He is a busy guy.

  23. I believe they have been holding off because of some of these developments. If he gets a third single, it won’t be until after Christmas obviously, since they are recording a Christmas song . Very excited to see what he records.

I think that Danny might not get a new song until January or later. I am interested to see hear what Christmas song he is recording and seeing if people will be able to buy it.

  24. Dianna Agron (Quin) makes a point in her blog of stating that 8 year olds shouldn’t be reading GQ.

Perhaps things have changed, but I remember flipping through the pages of GQ some years ago, and everything actually looked quite innocuous. Many of its readership are actually gay men looking for the latest in fashionable wear. An article from a few years back –
Study: ‘GQ’ Is the Gayest Magazine Ever
    http://gawker.com/156585/study-gq-is-the-gayest-magazine-ever

  25. And if your eight-year-old has a copy of our GQ cover in hand, again I am sorry. But I would have to ask, how on earth did it get there?

Dianna Agron makes a wonderful point. It is time for parents to start being parents. I am so tired of parents allowing children access to adult things.Children are not little adults with height problems, they need protection and direction.

  26. koshka:
    10/21/2010 at 9:43 am
I’m sorry… no matter how it is spun.. No Boundries still sucks.

lol. I’m sure Kris did this as a joke since he knows how much Slezak hates the song.

  27. Like I said, you don’t have to hang out at ye olde magazine stand to see these photos. They are on the internets, and I doubt any blockers would pick them up. This is a sore subject for me. There is only so much a parent can do to shield their kids from this stuff. And it is everywhere. It’s not just a simple “parents should start being parents.” Please.

  28. “It’s not just a simple “parents should start being parents.” Please.”

The internet complicates parenting, but it does not prevent parents from closely monitoring that too. Nothing worth doing is easy. I hate the situation too.

  29. People let their 8 year olds watch Glee? I don’t care what Ryan Murphy says, that show is not “family friendly”. There are way too many adult themes.

I’m with Dianna in that – GQ is not a magazine for children. Sexually suggestive photos of women are not a new thing to GQ. And, parents shouldn’t be letting their kids look at pictures on the net unsupervised.

the PTC’s ojections to this photoshoot do strike me as OTT. These women are not actual teens, but actual adults. This magazine is geared toward adults, and the whole naughty school girl thing, is pretty common for sexual images in mainstream TV, movies and magazines that are geared towards adults.

Yeah, that. It’s not my job as a parent to tell adult women what kind of photographs they can and cannot appear in. It’s my job to keep those photos out of my kids’ hands.

But what’s your solution? No suggestive photoshoot ever should be taken just in case kids might find them on the internet? I don’t have kids so it doesn’t really concern me in that regard, but while I do find Lea’s shots icky personally (well, the one shot) , I’ll defend the right for her to take them. Diana’s are fine, but she looks uncomfortable.

  31. Lea Michelle certainly has every right to be photographed as she pleases. And I certainly never said that no suggestive photoshoot ever should be taken. I just wish she had a bit more common sense and took into consideration the fact that she appears on a show that markets itself to young girls. And a kid could easily come across them innocently. They are the first thing that pops up when you Google Lea Michele Glee.

I think some of you may be underestimating the difficulty of shielding kids from toxic content on the net. 8 year olds are pretty easy, once they get older, it’s a nightmare. And I have no solution. And I realize parenting is hard. No shit.

  32. the people who are struggling to find their place without being the popular girl/boy sexpots (in fact, the characters most like that are there for us to laugh at). And Lea’s character personifies the spirit of being a different kind of girl than what’s “in”. So, it just seems weird to see her doing the Playboy model-type thing, since the show is seems to be all about the opposite of that IMO. The fact that she did it in character almost makes it uncomfortable

Not sure it adds to the discussion at all, but I just wanted to say that I’ve always found te Rachael Berry character to enjoy toying with the idea of being a sexpot- she’s uncomfortable with it and they don’t tend to last, but she’s done it on the show a few times- with the Grease makeover thing, with a Britney week inspired makeover with the school girl outfit, not to mention the two britney outfits she wore in her musical numbers that week- sexy schoolgirl (I blame Britney!) and midriff baring sports bra and track pants look. The Lolita thing, gross as it is, was very early Britney, so I understand why they did it for Brit week.

  33. Aww I would have actually watched an episode of Glee if John was going to play Frank….oh well I shall remain Glee free for now

  34. but I just wanted to say that I’ve always found te Rachael Berry character to enjoy toying with the idea of being a sexpot- she’s uncomfortable with it and they don’t tend to last, but she’s done it on the show a few times-

No I agree! IMO she is played to be a girl who is insecure about being pretty enough, and on some level WANTS to be a hottie so she toys with it sometimes… but in the end, that’s not who she really is. She’s really Tracy Glick. LOL. She wants to be Barbra Streisand, not Katy Perry. And its almost like you are watching her journey to become okay with that. It’s what I like about her character.

I think some of you may be underestimating the difficulty of shielding kids from toxic content on the net. 8 year olds are pretty easy, once they get older, it’s a nightmare. And I have no solution. And I realize parenting is hard. No shit.

Oh, I get you. 8 year olds are not the problem here… 10,11,12 years olds are. They are much harder to shelter, and they see everything. So it can throw you off to think you are letting your kid watch one kind of show with certain kinds of messages and have that abruptly change on you, out of nowhere. I get it totally. Which is why I get why the people who are mad at Miley Cyrus are… mad at Miley Cyrus. :D Even though I see it from her side too.

I don’t know what the solution is either. At a certain age you just have to accept that it gets complicated and you just have to keep processing stuff with them. I guess. I really have no idea. But it would be nice if the world worked with us a bit more. LOL

  35. But it would be nice if the world worked with us a bit more. LOL

Thanks tinawina. Yes it sure would. And hugs to all the parents of young girls out there.

  36. No I agree! IMO she is played to be a girl who is insecure about being pretty enough, and on some level WANTS to be a hottie so she toys with it sometimes… but in the end, that’s not who she really is.

So if it helps you, I dunno, reconcile those GQ pics as much as is possible with Rachael, you can imagine her doing the photoshoot in character as the same insecure girl who is again back at her toying with being sexy mindset. Heh.

Personally I don’t like Rachael’s character very much, and Lea is not my favorite voice. Tracy Flick was not likeable either but at least she was fun to watch- Rachael’s character development is getting soo tedious. In fact I’m not enamoured with any of the plotlines on the show, though I like its overall themes and ideas (about acceptance, etc). I’m not even a fan of the majority of their music numbers, though I like about 5-10% of them quite a lot. Honestly, I’m not sure why I’m still watching the show rather than catching the better songs on YouTube.. Peer pressure I guess :).

  37. And yes, I have become my mother.

ETA I agree with Druzilla, Lea Michelle’s photos were the ones that really crossed the line.

And I’ve become my grandmother. If it makes you go “Ew,” it’s objectionable. The womens movement is about equality, not exploitation and objectification. This crap just is not necessary. Really. Further, Shakira could have cut a move or two from her DWTS number. If folks need to have sex for money, they should rent a room and buy a red light. Leave it off the air waves – for our daughters.

This makes targets of teen-age girls.

  38. Pulled from the other thread;
    LLWD finally Certified Platinum!!! http://tinyurl.com/23qo2xw

Believe it or not, but David Archuleta’s “Crush” has never been certified platinum as far as I know. Jive, what’s up with that?

ETA: I guess they could be waiting for it to reach double platinum & do both at once.

  39. TheRealJordin Jordin Sparks
Meeting with my A&R today about the next record. Are you guys excited for new material?

    A&R, don’t mess this up!

I have no faith in Jive …

  40. IMO another reason to be disappointed by the Glee GQ pictures is the way Dianna, Cory, and especially Lea willingly participated in the presentation of females as empty blow up sex toys. Lea’s pictures may be vulgar and the whole shoot was tacky but honestly I think the worst part are the expressions on Dianna and Lea’s faces. There’s no intelligence or sense of irony. They’re just blank and I hate that.

I don’t need these actors to be role models but it’d sure be nice if enough celebs could refuse to participate in such demeaning photo shoots. It’ll never happen but the problem only gets worse when the It girls and boys don’t have the guts to stand up for strength and self respect. I wish Lea’d been her baddest, divaest self at that photo shoot and told the accused perv Terry Richardson no. But I don’t think she wanted to and that makes me a little sad.

  41. Heh, an article about GQ/Glee Cast controversy was posted on the front page of Slovenian public broadcaster. Some readers left comments and they were all positive – that the girls look hot and that they love the series.

  42. the accused perv Terry Richardson

Ewww… I agree about the blank expressions… I guess the girls were just taking direction, and didn’t think about how it comes off, when combined with those clothes and poses, etc. But really, Hollywood photoshoots, magazine covers being objectionable/questionable/etc- what else is new?

  43. With the GQ pics, I wished they had objectified everyone and not just the girls. It sends a mixed message. I’m a prude but I get that not everyone else and it’s my business to deal with my kids.

What makes me sad is that Dianna Agron had some misgivings about the direction of the shoot but went with it. Yes, we all make mistakes and have regrets and can learn from it, but it still made me sad. I really appreciate Rachel McAdams, who walked away from the Vanity Fair shoot when it included nudity. She had the guts to stand her ground. That’s what I want my kids to be able to do.

  44. Dianna Agron doesn’t look that bad but Lea Michelle’s stuff is too much. She comes across as desperate for success and as someone who’ll do anything to achieve it. Too bad because she’s talented. She’s not pretty enough to make it as a sex symbol and showing her ass won’t help with her legit career. Bad move for her.

  45. CNN Entertainment: KrisAllen was caught sleepwalking in the buff: http://bit.ly/c0G5Or

    Thanks tripp,
Kris has to go nekkid first before he got their attention.

Yep- they don’t seem to be interested in great performances anymore. It does annoy me that it takes something like this to get a headline- hilarious as it is, but that’s showbiz these days!

There seem to be a bunch of tour dates that haven’t yet been announced yet. Guess as often with Danny, we have to wait for news “soon” lol.
It’s appearing at the moment as if a third single off Danny’s album may be after the holidays and they will be releasing the Christmas song first. That should be fun for Danny’s fans and others who love Christmas music, and may be a good idea for him career-wise too. I remember Kellie getting a lot of airplay on my station last year around the holidays with her take on Santa Baby. Plus we can hope maybe he would get to perform it on some Christmas show or perhaps release the track in a Christmas compilation.

  47. I loved the GQ cover. The girls are hot and guy is lucky to be their. If this picture is the biggest problem folks with kids have they are in good shape!

  48. I think it’s kind of de je vu – the Band Perry, who is competing against Danny for ACA Breakthrough Artist of the Year – opening for Danny.

I think it’s a good strategy on RCA Nashville’s part to release a Christmas single. That way Danny will have air play until his next single is released. I also think timing is much better for a 3rd single early next year than towards the end of the year, when radio traditionally plays more holiday music. Hopefully, the next single will be right around the time of AI Season 10. I’m sure Danny will be asked back to perform, considering the impact he had on sales with his performance in March. And Milwaukee was the only mid-West stop for the Season 10 auditions, so they will likely show clips of him.

  49. lol Anoop isn’t the popular pop music smart hip and hooky to begin with and almost all songs are about love…yeah your soooo original lol

“It’s smart. It’s intelligent. I’m a gentleman. My music is real. It talks about life and situations I can relate to. You’re never going to hear me singing a song like Kesha or Adam [Lambert.] That’s not my lane. My lane is smart and hip. It’s hooky, it’ s catchy. I want to appeal to simple universal characteristics we all want, which is love

  50. Does anyone know for sure if Danny will get a third single? I certainly hope he does, and releasing a Christmas song is a brilliant idea, since I think it could do quite well with it and it would also keep him on the radar until the release of his third single. I still want it to be Crazy Not To.

If his third single is released in the early spring, I think he will most definitely be invited back to perform it on AI10–Idol has made their love for Danny pretty clear. And look at the huge boost it gave him last March when he appeared on the show.
