‘Idol’ winner Phillips is busy learning the ropes – A week ago at 9:30 a.m. in Burbank, Calif., Phillip Phillips was still in bed, and already he was on the phone with a reporter. It’s been six weeks since the 21-year-old from Leesburg, Ga., was crowned winner of the 11th season of “American Idol,” and it’s been go-go-go for him ever since.
