I mean, Paula’s been in the industry forever, and she’s just so wise and she knows a lot, so I respect her opinion. Mel B categorically denies reports of being ‘held hostage’ by husband Stephen Belafonte before X Factor final – Mel B has taken to Twitter to angrily deny claims that she was ‘held hostage’ by husband Stephen Belafonte in the run-up to the X Factor final. The Sun has claimed that the former Spice Girl was kept prisoner by Belafonte in their West London home on December 10, the day before she was rushed to hospital suffering from stomach pains. The report adds that the 39-year-old, who is currently in Los Angeles, will face questioning over the incident when he returns to the UK, while the authorities said that ‘police in Kensington and Chelsea borough are investigating an allegation of false imprisonment.’ – Read more at Metro.co.UK
