Recently, she told the Today Show that she would be headed to Broadway in the fall, but did not name the show. But now, The New York Times is reporting it’s a musical based on Harlem’s Cotton Club.

Fantasia chatted with Kathie Lee and Hoda on the Today show this morning about her new album, Side Effects of You, being invited to sing live on stage with Andrea Bocelli and more.

American Idol Season 3 winner, Fantasia, joined pop-opera singer, Andre Bocelli on stage at his concert in Denver last week at the Pepsi center. The duo joined forces for a rendition of the standard “When I Fall in Love.”

Fantasia performed her single, “Lose to Win” on The View this morning. But first, the Season 3 winner sat down with the ladies to talk about her life, career and new album, Side Effects of You.
