UPDATE: Internap now tells me they have plenty of fuel and will run on generators until Con Ed restores their power.
My web host is located in Lower Manhattan. The sub basement was flooded, disabling the main fuel supply for the company generators. They’ve run out of fuel completely now, and have lost power.
So the short of it…The site may be going down soon. If you follow me on twitter @mjsbigblog, I’ll be tweeting updates. I’ll post updates to Facebook as well.
If the site isn’t back up by tonight, I may switch to a wordpress.com site I set up:

ETA: Thanks for being patient. The blog went down at midnight last night because of the disabled fuel pumps. But like I said above, we should be all good now.
