Congratulation to American Idol season 8 winner Kris Allen and his wife Katy. They are the proud parents of baby Marlo James Francis. The singer announced the happy news on social media:
Welcome to the world my new little man Marlo James Francis Allen! Yesterday really was such a great day. I could not be more proud of my wife. She is the definition of a superhero. Marlo has only been in the world for a day but I couldn’t imagine loving him any more than I do right now. But I know that will only grow.
Kris and Katy are already the proud parents of a son, Oliver, born in 2013 and a daughter Rosie, who came into the world in 2016.
This fall, Kris will embark on his “10 years 1 night” tour, which celebrates a decade in music from the time he won American Idol in May 2009. The tour kicks off at the legendary Club Passim in Cambridge, Mass and winds up in Grand Rapids, Michigan on November 23. Click here for tickets.
