Caleb Lee Hutchinson, Gabby Barrett and Maddie Poppe will perform for your votes on next week’s American Idol 2018 two part finale. First, the three finalists will perform their hearts out on Sunday May 20 at 8 PM. After a “nationwide vote” one of the three singers will be named the winner of American Idol 2018 on Monday May 21 (9 pm ET/PT)

The song choices are already beginning to leak. The contestants revealed their song choices during the course of their Hometown Visits on Tuesday. And indeed, one of the shows themes will be “Hometown Songs.” Clips from the finalists trips back home will be featured on Sunday’s show. The Top 3 will also be performing original winners songs. We’ll be keeping a running spoiler list right here. So keep watching!
According to @IdolSpoilers the third song (along with the Hometown Dedication and Winners Single) will be a reprise of a previously performed song. Also on Sunday, a few contestants will sing original songs. Harper Grace was the girl who went viral at 11 years old with the bad version of the National anthem. She got cut at the Top 50. Jonny Brenns is a Top 14 contestant and Catie Turner made the Top 7.
