The poll results are in! The Top 4 competed again last night for your votes. Did the numbers change much week to week?
Candice Glover switched with Angie Miller for the #1 spot in the Favorite Finalist poll. Angie dropped from #1 last week to #4, where “Diamonds” was her first appearance on the Favorite Performance poll. Kree Harrison stayed steady as your second favorite performance and 3rd favorite finalist. And Amber Holcomb, once again is the Girl Most Likely to Exit. But, this week, there are more of you who believe Angie WILL go home than SHOULD go home.

Favorite Performance was Candice Glover’s “You Changed” with 34% of the vote. Kree Harrison’s Carrie Underwood cover, “See You Again” came in second with 20% of the vote, and Candice rounded out the Top 3 with “When I Was Your Man.” Angela Miller makes her first appearance at 4th place with 12% of the vote for “Diamonds.” Amber Holcomb’s “Just Give Me a Reason” was last with 1% of the votes.
Favorite Finalist went like this: Candice Glover 41%, Angela Miller, 26%, Kree Harrison, 26% (A virtual tie. Angela is ahead by a fraction of a percentage point), and Amber Holcomb with 8% of the vote.
70% of you think Amber Holcomb SHOULD go home, while 73% believe Amber WILL go home.
Amber Holcomb was in the bottom 2 last week. But I don’t think last night’s performances were enough to lift her out of danger. On the other hand, her fellow bottom 2 dweller, Candice Glover, smashed the competition. She won’t be heading home.
Angie Miller is bullet proof at this point. She’s got people and they vote for her no matter what. It also helps that she was in the Top 2 last week. Faltering this week isn’t going to hurt her.
Remember, tonight’s results will be tabulated from a combo of last week’s and this week’s votes.
Kree or Candice could be in the bottom 2 this week, but I’m leaning towards Kree Harrison–She was neither the worst or the best either week.
My Prediction: Amber Holcomb is heading home. Kree Harrison will share a place in the Bottom 2.
ETA: Some of you pointed out that there probably won’t be a Bottom 2 tonight, or at least a TRUE bottom two, based on how results shows have been conducted in the past couple of years. Duly noted.
