Last week, Alex Lambert tweeted disturbing news to fans–that ever since leaving the If I Can Dream house last year, he’d been homeless and sleeping on the streets.
A day later, a rep from 19 Entertainment, told reporters that the company was paying Alex a monthly retainer and that the American Idol Top 16 contestant and If I Can Dream housemate was NOT homeless.
Late last night, Alex Lambert took to twitter to refute claims made by his rep to the media.
“19 entertainment put me on a retainer?? I just got back on the internet from like a week ago and I’m reading that everywhere! When Do I get this retainer? I don’t know where anyone got that from??? These guys have been telling the media they been payin me! Makin me look like im lyin! It’s a shame dude! They got the wrong Lambert I guess? That’s all I can think of??”
Fellow Season 9 Idol Idol, Andrew Garcia tweets an offer to help:
