AGT: All Stars 2023 Week 3 Lineup
Avery Dixon – AGT Season 17 – Saxophonist (was Terry Crews Golden Buzzer)
NBC previewed Avery’s AGT: All Stars audition HERE. He was the young saxophonist who earned Terry Crews Golden Buzzer in 2022 after sharing a story about how music helped him survive abuse from bullies. He didn’t always have confidence in himself. But today, he’s full of swag. The talented musician finished the AGT competition as a finalist in the Top 10. – VIDEO
Bir Khalsa – AGT Season 14 – Extreme Variety
Bir Khalsa is a very odd danger act from Tamm Taran India. The star of the show is a giant of a man who is the centerpiece of dangerous stunts that include having various fruits and nuts smashed very close to his body and head with a sledgehammer. In their AGT audition, the hammer-wielder was blindfolded. It’s the kind of act some folks will love because it’s so absurd. In fact, the act made it to the Quarter-Finals in 2019, where they were eliminated. – VIDEO
Captain Ruin – Australia’s Got Talent 2019 – Extreme Variety
Captain Ruin, a knife thrower, competed on the same Aus Got Talent season as AGT season 17 runner-up, Kristy Sellers. The multimedia pole dancer eventually won that season. While Captain Ruin advanced to the final thanks to a Golden Buzzer, he mysteriously withdrew after the semi-final. Maybe he’ll talk more about that when he takes the AGT stage! – VIDEO
Dance Town Family – AGT Season 15 – Dance group
This Miami based Latin ballroom dance group’s journey to the semi-finals in 2020 was circuitous to say the least. They were eliminated at the Quarter-Finals, but then brought back as a semi-finalist wildcard, where they were promptly eliminated again. However, COVID-19 restraints forced the group to perform remotely the entire time on the show. Fans never saw their audition, but the judges really loved them. It’s not surprising they have returned to finally perform live. – VIDEO
Dustin’s Dojo – AGT Season 9 – Variety
It’s another Howard Stern era joke act returning to try their luck in front of Simon Cowell. The joke is that “Dustin” is a karate teacher, but not a very good one! The humor comes from the karate guy’s weird, deadpan demeanor. At their audition, predictably, Howard, Howie Mandel and Nick Cannon loved them. Heidi Klum and Mel B red x’d the duo. However, an angry Howard used his Golden Buzzer, saving the act from elimination. At that time the judges used Golden Buzzers to save acts in danger. Like most golden buzzers of the era, Dustin’s Dojo were promptly cut in the next round. – VIDEO
Keiichi Iwasaki – Britain’s Got Talent 2022 – Magician
Despite receiving hosts Ant & Dec’s Golden Buzzer at his BGT audition, Japanese comic magician Keiichi was eliminated from the semifinals after losing the Judges Save to Eva Abley and Tom Ball. His thing is bringing all his props on stage on a bicycle. – VIDEO
Keren Montero – Dominicana’s Got Talent 2021 Winner – Singer
Keren is the only winner competing this week. But she didn’t win AGT! The singer won Dominicans Got Talent as a 16 year old singer in 2021. She also nabbed the Golden Buzzer on her way to becoming the season’s champ, after her audition of “Rise Up.” – VIDEO
Mike E. Winfield – AGT Season 17 – Comedian
Mike made to the finals in 2017, but finished outside of the Top 5. His comic routines are mostly about his marriage to an older woman whose son is close in age to Mike. In his routines, Mike refers to his teenaged step son as “step-man.” – VIDEO
Peter Antoniou – AGT Season 16 – Mentalist
Peter is a mentalist originally from London but was living in Seattle at the time of his AGT run in 2021. The entertainer previously worked at a photo lab and claimed he quit because the psychic vibes drove him mad. He left the competition at the semi-finals after Simon buzzed him when his bit went wrong. – VIDEO
Viviana Rossi – AGT Season 17 – Aerialist
NBC previewed Viviana’s audition a few days ago. The aerialist impressed the judges on season 17 with a sexy routine featuring a bathtub. Despite high praise, the Barcelona, Spain native didn’t go further. It turns out that an injury she had previous to her audition flared up again, and her doctor advised her to drop out. She returns to AGT 100 percent healthy, and ready to try again – VIDEO
The AGT: All Stars 2023 Week 3 lineup performs Monday, Jan. 16 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.
