Awards season kicks off this weekend with the 76th Golden Globe Awards. Winners Sandra Oh and Andy Samberg will host the event which airs live coast to coast tonight (Jan. 6) from 5-8 p.m. PT/8-11 p.m. ET on NBC from The Beverly Hilton.

What to expect:
Previously announced Golden Globe Award winner and six-time Golden Globe nominee Jeff Bridges will be the recipient of the 2019 Cecil B. deMille Award. Five-time Golden Globe Award winner and 16-time Golden Globe Award nominee Carol Burnett will receive the first-ever television special achievement award, the Carol Burnett Award. Isan Elba will serve as this year’s Golden Globe Ambassador.

Before the Ceremony:
A Red Carpet pre-show live stream is set to air on Facebook from the red carpet at The Beverly Hilton. The pre-show which will feature interviews with talent, will be hosted by actress Yvette Nicole Brown, AJ Gibson, Rasha Goel, Ben Lyons, and actresses Missi Pyle and Francia Raisa. The pre-show is set to stream from 6-8 pm ET (3-5 pm PT) and can be found exclusively at www.facebook.com/GoldenGlobes and on goldenglobes.com.
