Maroon 5, Taylor Hicks and Velvet Revolver will perform at the City of Hope’s Spirit of Life Awards gala in Hollywood on Thursday. Sarah McLachlan and Josh Groban will also take the stage at the event, which is honoring BMG U.S. President and COO Charles Goldstuck.
Lisa Tucker (who hails from Anaheim) Ace Young and Kimberly Caldwell will perform Thursday in Anaheim as part of their 150th Anniversary celebration:
9 a.m. to 7 p.m.: The city’s 150th-anniversary kickoff celebration on the Center Street Promenade at Anaheim Blvd. A free concert with “Idol” finalists [Lisa] Tucker, [Ace] Young and Kimberly Caldwell is at 5:30 p.m. Information: www.anaheim.net.
A new tour called “The Superstar Idols” opens tonight in San Angelo TX and winds it’s way through Southern TX this week. Here are the dates:
