Wednesday Ratings: Idol Down From Last Week (Idol Has Now Surpassed The Voice)

Update: “Idol” is now consistently topping “The Voice” every week, and according to Fox’s research, the two ships have now passed in the prime-time night, with “Idol” now averaging a 6.2 for the season while “The Voice,” even with the enhancement of its post-Super Bowl number, now sits at a 6.1. American Idol earned a 4.6 adults 18-49 rating, down two tenths from last Wednesday’s 4.8. However, Idol still easily lead a FOX win for adults 18-49 ratings and total viewership on the night.

Idol beat both The Voice and DWTS in the demo and total viewers.
