Imagine Dragons was the musical guest on this week’s (Feb 1) Saturday Night Live featuring Melissa McCarthy as guest host.

Fresh off their buzzed about Grammys performance, rapper, Kendrick Lamar joined forces with the band to sing a remix version of the hit “Radioactive.”

Really loved both of these performances. Not every group or performer do so well live. Big thumbs up.

I like Imagine Dragons, they are one of my favorite new groups. I thought the rapping fit in better than it did at the Grammys, though I prefer it to be just them.

I think that the Grammy performance was great. I was happy to see that they released a version to Itunes, but incredibly disappointed that it didn’t have the energy that the Grammy performance did, and that Kendrick’s contributions to the song was incredibly small.

Man, Imagine Dragons are just awesome to watch. I just love their energy on stage. So many of today’s stars don’t have great stage presence, and the lead singer and Kendrick has it in spades. It’s a damn shame Kendrick Lamar didn’t win best rap album or best new artist. Really one of the best rap stars in the games.

And just another shout-out to the lead singer, as I really enjoyed his whole vibe and movement throughout the performance. Truly a great showman, Good stuff. :)

agree 100%… downloaded the version with Kendricks & was more than a little disappointed that it wasn’t the actual live version… just the actual album version with Kendrick added towards the end… the live version on SNL & at the Grammys was just awesome :)
