Listen to the studio version of  Bucky Convington’s new single “I Wanna Be That Feeling”, written by Ben Hayslip/Jimmy Yeary.

Bucky recently announced a deal with a new label, eOne Music, and will release “I Wanna Be That Feeling” to radio after the new year. The album will come out some time in 2012.

    I’ve always liked the quality of Bucky’s voice – it fits right into country and he has a nice turn of phrase.  I personally cannot watch him in his shows because he’s just got some odd, goofy moves.  Kind of like Scotty and his microphone before he trained himself not to do that weird thing.

    I think this song is… nice.  It doesn’t break any new ground, but it does showcase Bucky’s voice.  It’s got pretty generic lyrics and a melody… well, I can’t really remember the melody and I just listened to this.  If it came on the radio, I wouldn’t turn the channel, but I don’t plan on buying this either.

    Im a Bucky fan.  Love his voice and personality.  I like the song, not sure its big hit material but it is radio friendly, imo.  Wish him luck.
