    Brendan Fraser! That’s why I feel warm and fuzzy about Chase for no reason.  Makes me wonder how can somebody get to this point without getting hardly any air time, but Kris Allen was just that. Who knows.  I anoint him as the first dark horse, because we hardly know him, not because we think he might win.

    The IdolPad:  The theme for top 24 week is producers’ choice.  Each contestant created their own song list from which the producers chose, but ultimately songs were decided by producers.WTF??!!!! sabotage!

    These pictures are pretty bad.  Erika van Pelt’s looks like she is interviewing for a job. Haely Johnson an Hallie Day needed reshoots too. 

    But who are some of these people? Aaron Marellus??  Chase Likens?? Hollie Cavenaugh?

    Joshua Ledet = Jacob Lusk (church singer voice, a little gayish personallity)
    Phillip Phillips = Paul McDonald (unique and sometime boring voice with guitar)
    Jessica Sanchez = Pia Toscano (diva)
    Reed Grimm = Casey Abrams (musician, all-over-the-place guy)
    Eben Franckewitz = Scotty McCreery (not-that-strong voice, crazy girls’ attention)

    Haley, Hallie, and Hollie… that’s going to get confusing, especially with all of them blonde. They should form a girl group, lol.

    Actually, these accounts were created/reserved a while ago…there are about 50 or 60 contestants with accounts…maybe more. I guess some intern underestimated how resourceful idol fans would be when he/she decided to get ahead of the workload. :)

    Also, putting those pics up were obviously a mistake (by an intern I’m sure). The twitter pics of the Top 24ers not revealed yet have since been removed. I remember in Season 9, some intern pre-created contestant pages for the Top 24 before they were revealed. Although the new profiles were never added to Americanidol.com, it didn’t take long for Idol die-hards to creatively locate them…lol.

    Not that it matters, but I wonder why Hollie Cavanagh’s links do not follow the same format of first initial-last name-AI11 as the rest? Her’s has no first initial. And you have her facebook link wrong, there’s no U in her name.  It should read as this:

    Baylie Brown/Skylar Laine = Lauren Alaina (cute young country girl)
    Jen Hirsh = Haley Reinhart (polarizing jazzy lady)
    Jeremy Rosado = Stefano Langone (handsome young man in the vein of Bruno Mars)

    Heh, I will definitely vote for HeeJun to get to the Idol Tour.
    I hope he’ll pick a good song too though or make a list full of good songs for the producer to pick.

    And there was a winner already not having much airtime before the semifinal, so anything is possible. Hopefully people will have open minds.

    Wow Erika Van Pelt has the most twitter followers out of the girls (and by a large margin!) I was expecting it to be Shannon or Jessica, who tweens would love
    I’m also surprised though that Elise and Hallie are trailing behind, with the two least (i think)
    Hopefully the girls show will be good! After the boys show, I think I’d already be happy if there were 3 female wildcards , the boys don’t really have the “it” factor at all.
