There were no announcements at yesterday’s FOX upfront presentation about who would join Demi Lovato and Simon Cowell on the X Factor judges panel. No news means it’s time for the rumor mill to kick into high gear. A report from the Daily News name checks Faith Hill, Hilary Duff, Jennifer Love-Hewitt, Kelly Rowland and Latin pop singer Paulina Rubio as possible contenders.
Note that none of the names on this list are big stars. But a recent report claims that Simon Cowell (or FOX brass who don’t want to shell out the dough) are done with hiring high-priced divas for panel. Simon is reported looking for chemistry this time around.
FOX chairman, Kevin Reilly, in a conference calls to reporters said to expect the official announcement to come soon.
