The Masked Singer has dropped its first real preview of the season! Listen to WHATEVER THAT GREEN THING IS! *Thingamajig and The Butterfly croon a tune. Can you guess who it is?
Thingamajig is a male, who performs Kacey Musgraves hit song “Rainbow” with a soulful voice, while Butterfly is most certainly a female diva. She belts and growls her way through “Bang Bang” by Ariana Grande, Jessie J and Nicki Minaj.
Thingamajig makes judge Nicole Scherzinger cry, while the Butterfly has Jenny McCarthy screaming “I know who it is!” Ken Jeong is sure he knows all the secret identities! Narrator: He doesn’t. Singer Robin Thicke also sits on the panel, while host Nick Cannon asks, “Who’s behind the mask!”

Before Season Two officially begins, a special preview, The Masked Singer: Super Sneak Peek will air Sunday, Sept. 15 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. Season 1 winner T-Pain will return to The Masked Singer stage for a special appearance. The special preview will also be simulcast on the official @MaskedSingerFOX Twitter account, where fans can watch and tweet along with T-Pain and The Masked Singer cast.
The Masked Singer season 2 airs Wednesday, Sept.25, with a special two-hour season premiere (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT).
