Season 6 of So You Think You Can Dance begins on September 9. Check out the audition and Vegas week schedules–you may want to pencil them into your calendar, you might miss a few episodes otherwise

The season will stretch out longer than normal with the auditions broken up into weekly hour-long episodes. I suppose that’s about wedging the shows into an already crammed new season. I just hope the wonky schedule doesn’t throw viewers off. And, by my calculations, the finale will take place on December 23–two days before Christmas–lots of folks are occupied with things other than TV watching at that time.
Well, if SYTYCD fails in the fall, it’ll be moved back to summer, I suppose, which would be fine by me…
