Life’s a ‘weird’ ride for Siobhan Magnus – Magnus: It was the hardest I’d ever worked in my life and hopefully the hardest I’ll ever have to work. … You’re totally cut off from family and friends; they don’t let you have your phone all day. … When you’re fawned over by people you don’t know, but can’t talk to the people you love, it creates a strange sense of loneliness. Daley: Wow. I bet. What was your typical day like? Magnus: They get you up at 5 a.m. and every day of the week was something — on filming days, you’re at the TV studio from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. … Sunday was for making a music video for Ford or Coca-Cola. Or you’d go to some stupid schmooze event for AT&T and you’d go meet all the top executives and their daughters and their daughters’ best friends and their baby-sitters. … Sometimes it would be something so strange, like they’d be like, ‘Oh, Sarah Palin is in the audience and wants to meet you guys,’ and you’d be like, ‘Ew! Do I have to?” I shook her hand and she looked like a space alien. – Read more at South Coast Today
