The latest in the DRAMA? After more back and forth wrangling between camps, Cheryl is reportedly off X Factor for good. And she will be paid. Via THR:
Cheryl Cole Has Been Asked Back to the US X Factor
Gosh. Both the Daily Mail and the Mirror are reporting that Cheryl Cole has been asked back onto the X Factor USA judging panel after reportedly being fired last week.
“Reports today claim Simon Cowell managed to persuade executives at American network Fox to give the Geordie singer a second chance, ” says the Daily Mail.
Cheryl Cole’s Accent Too Thick for X Factor? Lack of Chemistry with Paula Abdul?
Cheryl Cole was dropped from the judging panel on “X-Factor” largely because producers were concerned her English accent would be too difficult for an American audience to understand … sources close to the production tell TMZ.
There were other issues too — we’re told Cheryl and fellow judge Paula Abdul had a “lack of chemistry” … and Cheryl was more expendable.

UPDATE: Azerbaijan triumph at the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 -An estimated 125 million people worldwide tuned in to see duo Ell and Nikki crowned Eurovision winners at this year’s festival with 221 points. Their romantic ballad “Running Scared” was mentioned by fans and critics as a potential winner although it was overshadowed in the run-up to the final by the flashy Jedward and Lenamania.
