Idols on TV

Tune into the Nickelodeon network tonight at 8:30/7:30c for “The Worst Years of Our Lives”  Linda Ellerbee, who hosts Nick News for kids, produced this special that focuses on the difficult ‘tween years.  Ellerbee asked several celebrities to talk about how they faced those tough years, including American Idol Taylor Hicks…

On Tuesday, Katharine McPhee performs on “JCPenney Jam…The Concert for America’s Kids” on CBS Tuesday, August 22, 8 EDT/7c.  Dr. Phil and his wife host.  Some of the featured performers: Andrea Bocelli, Jon Bon Jovi and Martina McBride.

Katharine will also appear on the Dr Phil show tomorrow to preview clips of the show.  Check your local listings for times.  And finally, Katharine’s stint as guest host on The View will be repeated this Wednesday, August 24.

If you missed Fantasia Barrino’s Bio-pic last night,  “The Fantasia Barrino Story: Life is Not a Fairy Tale” it will be repeated on the Lifetime network tonight at 8 pm and again on Monday at 9 pm.
