The Voice Ratings Rise Without DWTS Competition

The Voice ratings rose half a point from 2.5 to 3.0 in the 18-49 demo this week. But before you pop open that champagne to celebrate, note two football preemptions on NBC last night, in Baltimore and Cleveland. The numbers are likely to adjust downward when the final ratings are released this afternoon. Expect the show to retain a measure of its week to week increase, without Dancing with the Stars as competition (the fall cycle finale aired last week). Stay tuned for an update later.

UPDATE: The Voice ratings were adjusted down to 2.8
