Check out photos and a few interview videos from last nights American Country Awards.  Scotty McCreery presented Best New Artist to his fellow Season 10 American Idol alum, Lauren Alaina! Plus, Carrie Underwood won two awards–Female Artist of the Year and Vocal Collaboration for “Remind Me” with Brad Paisley.

Lauren, Scotty and Casey James all served as presenters at the event.  Check them out in the photos below.

    Scotty is so cute in interviews. Daggum wisdom teeth? I think he’s a little apprehensive about that procedure.

    This is from a Scotty fan…Lauren should have been asked to perform.:) 

    I really did think one of the few values of this show last year was that some other than the biggest names got to perform–and they lost that value now for the most part. 

    Ah, well, both Scotty and Lauren got some sales bumps.:))

    I am so proud Lauren Alaina won for best new artists at the ACAs. She has been working so hard and deserved this award. I agree that she should have been asked to perform.
