The two returnees on Adam Levine’s team fight it out in Monday’s The Voice 5 battle rounds. Matt Cermanski prevailed when he pulled out a guitar and sang “Have a Little Faith in Me.” Last season, his dubious cover of “Teenage Dream” impressed no one.
James Irwin got all 4 chairs to turn with his performance of “Losing My Religion” after bombing out in season 4.
Watch the duo vie for dominance with a performance of One Republic’s “Counting Stars.” (I wonder what guest mentor, Ryan Tedder, will have to say about that!)
