Megan, divorced mom of a two year old, has a distinct, jazzy sound and blond good looks. The judges, labeling her a “package artist” see her potential as a hot recording artist despite her awkward Idol performances.
While the judges love her, the jury’s out on whether the viewers do. She’s going to have to lose some of her distracting stage mannerisms and maybe cover up that sleeve tattoo–and perhaps sing on pitch–before the audience is won over. If Megan doesn’t adjust her performances, I don’t see her advancing very far.
Oh and that’s Megan Joy to you…she’s dropped “Corkrey”–it’s her ex-husband’s last name…
