Eddie String’s audition – The Strokes’ Last Night – The X Factor UK 2012

Watch Eddy String sing Last Night by The Strokes

Notorious party animal Ozzy Osbourne would appear to have some stiff competition in the form of Eddy String, (real name Eddy Wilkinson). With his rock and roll credentials in check; Eddy likes to wear skinny jeans, jump on tables, pull ladies in crowds and kick over stools. Watch as the singer OD’s on hairspray to give a truly hair-raising performance.

Amy Mottram’s audition – Adele’s One And Only – The X Factor UK 2012

Watch Amy Mottram sing One And Only by Adele

Shut up! It’s Essex Girl Amy Mottram. At only sixteen, the Judges were left flabbergasted by this little lady with the BIG voice. In addition to being entertaining, the video is also informative. Yes, watch as Louis learns all about the art of vajazzling and then try in vein to extinguish said image from your brainbox. *Shudders*

GMD3′s audition – Boyz II Men’s I’ll Make Love To You – The X Factor UK 2012

Watch GMD3 sing I’ll Make Love To You by Boyz II Men

Swoon… In addition to being cuter than a basket of puppies, GDM3 are adept at making all the ladies wave their arms in the air with wild abandon. Watch as the talented trio wow the Judges with some pitch-perfect vocals and cheeky smiles. Louis even compared them to X Factor legends, JLS. Wowza!

MK1′s audition – Written In The Stars / Read All About It Mash-up – The X Factor UK 2012

Watch MK1 sing a Professor Green/Emeli Sande/Tinie Tempah mash-up

Only girl in the group, Charlie, says that music is the foundation of MK1′s friendship. Watch as that very friendship is put to the ultimate test when the Judges ask them to reconsider the band’s line-up. Will Charlie and Simeon bite the bullet and go it as a twosome? Will William take up a career in accountancy as suggested by Gary? Who knows!

Lorna Bliss’s audition – Britney Spears’ Till The World Ends – The X Factor UK 2012

Watch Lorna Bliss sing Till The World Ends by Britney Spears

It was all a Brit too much for Louis when Britney Spears impersonator Lorna Bliss leapt off the stage to straddle him. Her raunchy routine also scared the bejeezus out of Gary, causing him to run for the hills. Here’s that rear-ly risqué performance once again in all its glory. Warning! Expect some bum notes…

One more week of auditions before Bootcamp!

Are GMD3 the next One Direction? Will Louis take them to the live shows and turn them into the next JLS?

‘This competition has definitely changed since I was on it’: Leona Lewis is shocked by what passes as talent on the X Factor
A cheeky chappy from just outside Brighton gave Leona Lewis a very memorable return to the X Factor when he stole the show.

The most successful contestant to ever be produced from the programme was not exactly impressed when one less than talented wannabe charmed his way through to the next stage of the competition.

As Leona took her seat as the guest judge she was overwhelmed by performer Eddy String and confessed that the show had definitely changed since her time on it.

Stripper Lorna Bliss auditions for X Factor in lime green bikini and fishnet bodystocking as she gyrates on Louis Walsh
Having declared that she wanted to change the world through fishnets, her choice of a lime green bikini and body-stocking made sense.

Lorna Bliss scared Gary Barlow with her performance and annoyed Tulisa with her attitude as she took to the stage on the X Factor in their most x-rated audition ever.

The 33-year-old stripper and Britney Spears impersonator boasted about her experience as she sort to become famous off the back of her audition.

Amelia Lily’s single “You Bring Me Joy” was released at midnight. It’s been climbing on iTunes all day and sits at #2 right now. I think it’s doing way better than expected.

Tonight’s show was fantastic. Lorna Bliss exceeded all expectations. :D

I’m sorry I was only impressed by MK1 and i’m telling you that smelled like a set up to me. Even in the beginning the rapper never acknowledged the other guy as having any vocal ability, he said he’s just production.

The rest of the show was just meh b/c they were either warbley/nasaly or had a weird tone. And the men/boys eddie and GMD3I think are only making it for their looks b/c their vocals were weak. Eddie is like a Tamer Frankie. And Amy she’s the one who did that weird thing w/ her voice it was affected it’s almost like she was swallowing notes. I can’t really explain what was up w/ it but it was wrong.

I’m telling you it’s crazy how the judges raved about these people what’s going on. Maybe they feel they have to exaggerate praise or straight up lie to pump up the hype of X-Factor b/c their ratings are slipping.

Man, I feel like i’m in the Twillight Zone.

I enjoyed tonights show. I’m glad that they are showing more groups. I was also suspicious about MK1 but they have a couple of videos on youtube with the producer guy being there – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TCH0NG8dgMs

Eddie String was on the wrong side of annoying for me.  The young lads in the group weren’t great, but they definitely seemed to try hard and sounded decent when they sang together. They also have a distinctive enough sound to them that could set them apart.

Sara thanks for pointing that vid out to me those two are good and professional. It was so weird that producer dude was there but never said or sang anything he just  silently mouth the words. Maybe it’s like how red one get’s his name said during songs he just wants to be noticed and not simply behind the scenes.

Umm did anyone else notice how he negotiated an even split w/ the other two members. So here you have everyone thinking oh what a good guy he is stepping aside but he just negotiated himself a part of the pie and doesn’t have to do anything now. He was gonna tank them if they didn’t agree he didn’t leave for the benefit of the other two he left for the benefit of himself. Dude is shrewd. Oh well he’s like i’m not gonna be one of those people separated from a group kicking themselves as they watch their old group members have success. I’m gonna insure I get mine.

OK, Eddie String was great! So was Amy Mottram.
Overall, the show was pretty entertaining. Keep it up producers!

Eddie String is a Frankie Cocozza 2.0, but not funny as the original and even a worse singer. Even the joke acts like Britney cover are being boring this season.
