Scotty also attended Garth Brooks’s show at the Wynn, and met Garth Brooks and his wife, fellow country music great Trisha Yearwood!

Kellie will not be attending the ACM Awards themselves but on Friday she teased some “BIG EXCITING news” she’ll be able to share this coming week. Presumably it’s related to the song “100 Proof” which will go for adds 4/16. Check out a couple interviews she did Friday where she gushes about her husband, songwriter and craftsman Kyle Jacobs and talks about why she fought to do such a traditional country album.

I just love listening to Scotty interviews as much as his performances.  He’s so humble and witty.  I was smiling ear to ear listening to TTWG hearing the crown sing along with him.  He did a great job Man of Constant Sorrow.  Can’t wait until tonight.  Go Scotty!!!

Best of luck to all the idol nominees!!

Wow windmills.  There’s a lot of goodies here.  Thanks for taking the time and effort to post all of this stuff for us.  Very much appreciated!  :)

  • mchcat

Thank you so much Windmills – this is so good – all in one place.  Best of luck to everyone tonight – but I will on pins and needles for Scotty.

ACMs are gonna be a great show tonight.  Can’t wait to see Carrie and Scotty.  Good luck Scotty!  Looks like he did a great job with his performances on Freemont Street.  Thanks Windmills!

Scotty is getting stronger and better with each performance.  I can see a big difference since he left the AI stage.  I know he and his family are going to have a good time tonight and hopefully he will walk away with his first ACM Award.

Thanks for all the ACM “pre-game warmup” stuff.  I’ll be parked in front of the big screen enjoying Carrie’s performance (Good Girl?), and Blake and Reba’s fantastic (and funny) co-hosting.

Oh, and congratulations to Scotty McCreery on the career he is having. Way to go!

Where’s Casey James? This would have been a great opprotunity since he has a new CD out.

  • aidancash1

Well he did so many interviews already the last two weeks so maybe he really didnt feel like he needed to do the same things again. Still hopeful I will see him on the red carpet.

I flove that performance of TTWG. Scotty’s voice sounds as smooth as butter.

Thanks, Windmills, for bringing this all together in one place–impressive:)

Wow–Scotty’s Mom dressed him up nicely, I wouldn’t be surprised if he was a best dressed contender for the guys:)))  But, most of all, hope there’s only good things at the end of the night:))

Looking forward to all the performances!

Man of Constant Sorrow is one of my most favorite Scotty performances. Actually, it’s one of his; he said his two favorite songs to perform are Water Tower Town and Man of Constant Sorrow! Thank you so much for collecting all this for us.  Windmills, you rock!
