The Sun reviews One Direction’s new album, One Direction to perform for the Queen. ‘X Factor’ group single scrapped, winner’s single to be for charity?

But, sadly, hardly any of the bands I like can sell two million albums to teenagers any more.

So ONE DIRECTION have earned almost the entire day in Bizarre page about their new album — and this is why…

They are THE biggest band from this country for years and this is a WORLD EXCLUSIVE first review of new album Take Me Home. It is a nailed-on chart topper around the planet.

The lads have already conquered America, can’t walk down the street without being mobbed and have more money than all the 18-year-olds in Scotland combined.

The album sounds almost identical to the last one but kids will love it — and some of the writers are talented folk.

Last year, the 2011 finalists hit the top spot with their cover of Rose Royce’s ‘Wishing on a Star’ for the Together For Short Lives charity group. There have also been covers of Mariah Carey’s ‘Hero’, Michael Jackson’s ‘You Are Not Alone’ and David Bowie’s ‘Heroes’.

However, Cowell’s record label is instead planning to make this year’s winner’s single a charity record.
