Monday Morning Mediabase Update – Jan 31-Feb 6

Looks like Jennifer Hudson is gaining lots of yardage with her debut single from her second album. “Where You At” skipped over being a top 40 UAC and top 50 Urban song and went straight to being top 30 and top 40 respectively.

Another Idol related Jennifer is also making in-roads. Ms. Lopez debut song from her latest album reached top 50 on Rhythmic. It clearly has no intention of staying on the floor.

The last person hitting a milestone this week is Season 2 contestant, Kimberly Caldwell. Her debut single, “Desperate Girls & Stupid Boys” has gone top 50 on HAC.

Leaving our chart this week are Carrie Underwood and Hedley. It seems strange to have an airplay chart without Carrie Underwood on it. This chart has gotten so small.
