Emmy Ratings Drop Vs Last Year, Big Brother Falls

The Emmys fell 20% vs last year. In 2014, the event aired on NBC in August due to the SNF Football schedule. It aired on Monday, the night after the MTV Video awards. Ironically, it was SNF that likely took a big bite out of the ratings. Big Brother, which was essentially a clip show, suffered at the hands of the competition.
