According to IdolSpoilers, American Idol 11 Hollywood Week contestants will arrive at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium on December 11 to tape Hollywood Week.

Those who remain, will be transported to Las Vegas for a Cirque du Soleil challenge.

The first full American Idol promo aired during tonight’s World Series game on FOX.

I really don’t care what ya’all say, but as far as competition reality shows are concerned, those new kids on the block–including The Voice and the X Factor–may be fun to watch, but they ain’t got nothing on the original flavah American Idol. Season 11 begins on January 22. I cannot wait!
