You Tube Goodness from John Twiford

He has the strongest voice in that trio for sure and I think he has the chops to handle the idol theme weeks. We’ll see. But at this point, I’m liking him (along with about 4 others now). I believe this season is starting to look a little more promising as it goes along. That particular performance does lean a bit hippy-dippy, but speaking as an old hippy-dippy myself, I kinda liked it, lol.

Well, I will agree with Kara about one thing. The guys have been stronger so far.

The strength of his voice is nice, yet they all seem to blend. Depending on what he’s singing, I could definitely get used to this.

Now, I’m kind of upset that they sped through his audition for the likes of what we saw last night.

Ahhh, kinda thought I liked this guy even with the tiny bit we got to see. This def helped. I think he’s maybe my fave of San Fran (that’s not saying a lot…). I’m not into the screamers or the B I G theatrical voices so he piqued my interest out of the lot last night.

His short snippet definitely stood out to me last night. They wasted so much time on the bad that they whizzed past all the good….annoying!

I like his voice a lot and I think the band sounds cool but it’s definitely not my taste in music. It’ll be interesting to see how he does.

Ok, I was lovin the hippy dippy, but I guess that’s me. The harmonies were pretty sweet on this. I might have to remember this guys name because last night was mostly disappointing and irritating otherwise.

Nooooo! I know this is supposed to be a great year for the guys, but I can’t believe Twiford may have been cut in Hollywood! I’ll be severely bummed if that’s true.

Too bad we didn’t get to hear more of the audition. I like his voice and the band has an interesting sound. Reminds me of a group called Girlyman with the harmonies. It’s not AI stuff though.
