TELLYMIX: X Factor 2014: Meet new 8 piece boy band formed at bootcamp

TELLYMIX: XFactor 2014 spoilers: Meet new girl group – ‘the female One Direction’?

Last night, Jay James earned a chair. Simon decides to eliminate Kisela Berice.

Fleur East – Paper Planes (M.I.A)

Wow, somebody dares to take a risk! Cheryl says she needs a chair. Simon decides to give her a chair. Who is going to make room for her? Simon isn’t sure … Then he looks at Cheryl … Raign is gone!

Helen Fulthorpe – Nobody Knows (Pink)

She also has problems memorizing the lyrics. This lady really knows how to sing. I think there is no way she is not getting a chair. Mel B is in tears. Louis demands a seat for Helen. Simon agrees. Lizzy Pattinson is gone! Wait … Simon needs more time … Simon listens to the audience and sends home Janet Grogan instead. RPattz’s sister is safe for another week.

Simon says: “I wish I could start this day all over again.”

Time for Louis and the groups.

The Brooks – Without You (David Guetta feat. Usher)

They are 15, so if they get a chair, they can not get swapped. To be honest, they sing better than Jedward. Cheryl thinks they are adorable. Anyway, the audience demands a seat. Louis says they need a little more time and confidence. They are getting the first seat!

NEW BOY BAND – Run (Snow Patrol)

They’ve been a boyband for 24 hours. All rejected boys went through the workshop for manufactured groups and then the judges decided all 8 of them are in a boyband. This is crazy. The boys sing solo, no harmonies until the very end. Bloody hell, they sound better than most boys that were in the boys category last night. The judges are all impressed. Simon has MAJOR $ and € signs in his eyes. Louis sends them over to their chair.

Blonde Electric – I Love Rock And Roll (Joan Jett)

They are fun … kinda. Louis gives them a seat.

Pow Pow Girls – Ain’t No Mountain High Enough (Diana Ross)

Eh, this time, they are a 7-piece group. Not the worst performance ever, I guess. Mel B thinks they need a seat. Louis decides to send them home. People chant: “Bring them back!” Simon leaves his chair to talk to Louis. Louis decides to bring them back. Oh dear. They get a seat.

Overload – 9 to 5 (Dolly Parton)

They had a great arena audition. Girls in the audience start screaming immediately. The performance is a mess. Girls in the audience don’t care. Louis decides to give them a seat.

NEW GIRL BAND – Somewhere Only We Know (Keane)

The girls are doing as good as they can, the audience seems to like them. The judges appreciate the effort. Louis is nervous because he only has one seat left. They get the final seat.

Concept – Run (Snow Patrol)

5 piece boyband. One of them plays acoustic guitar. Pretty good. The audience demands a seat. Louis decides to give them a seat. Blonde Electric are gone! Ups, no, Louis changes his mind. Now he wants to send the NEW GIRL BAND home. The audience is unhappy again!

Only The Young – 9 to 5 (Dolly Parton)

Decent rendition again, I guess. The snippet was kinds brief. They get good comments. Louis wants to keep them. They get a seat! Simon doesn’t want Louis to send home Overload. But Louis sends them home anyway. The audience is NOT HAPPY.

One of the boys from Overload says they want to fight for their spot. Louis gives in. Sing off it is!

Overload, Pow Pow Girls and the (previously eliminated) NEW GIRL BAND will be singing again for 1 remaining seat!

Pow Pow Girls sing Katy Perry’s “Roar”. Overload sing Bastille’s “Pomepii”. NEW GIRL BAND sing Keane’s “Somewhere Only We Know” again. Louis decides to give the final seat to NEW GIRL BAND.

JUDGES’ HOUSES NEXT WEEK!

‘I don’t like her’: Cheryl Fernandez-Versini ruins Raign’s parade as she persuades Simon Cowell to give her the boot from his final six Over-25s
Viewers were left on the edge of their seats at the end of Saturday’s X Factor as Simon Cowell chose to replace one of his six chosen acts with Jay James.

And the drama didn’t stop when the music mogul’s selection process of his Over-25s category continued on Sunday night.

The show opened with Simon choosing to get rid of Kisela Bernice, who was the first performer to win a place on his six seats.

‘We’re going to have a riot on our hands’: Simon Cowell grows concerned as Louis Walsh riles X Factor crowd by flip-flopping over his six groups during chair challenge
When teenage girls and potential pop heartthrobs are thrown into the mix, there’s always bound to be high emotions involved.

But Louis Walsh almost sparked mass hysteria as he flip-flopped on which young acts to put through to Judges’ Houses when X Factor’s controversial chair challenge came to an explosive end on Sunday night.

Kicking off the auditions were 15-year-old twins Josh and Kyle Brooks, aka The Brooks, who quickly won over the crowd – and Louis – with their sweet performance.
