Leona Lewis is a whole lot of trouble.

Leona Lewis, X Factor UK season 3 winner and X Factor’s first global star, is returning with a new single. “Trouble” premiered this morning on BBC Radio 1. Track features American rapper Childish Gambino (Donald Glover).

“Trouble” was written by Emeli Sande (Scottish singer-songwriter, who was prominently featured during the Olympics opening and closing ceremonies) and produced by Naughty Boy.

Single’s iTunes release date is October 7 and Leona’s 3rd album, “Glassheart” drops on October 15.

    She’s a better ballads singer than a dance singer.  She sounds very good on this.

    Emeli Sande is a song writing genius. And she’s a brilliant singer too. I wish NBC hadn’t decided to cut her performances on both the Olympics Opening and Closing ceremonies. If they showed them, maybe she would have blown up in the U.S like she deserves to. She already has the 2nd Top selling U.K album of the year(after Adele) and within the next few weeks she’ll have the Top selling U.K album of the year.

    Nice song. She knows how to go mainstream without be totally a joke, like 99% of the mainstream artists these days.

    Love Childish Gambino and Leona sounds great. Strange that it ends so soon after the rap. I hope this gets tons of airplay.

    This song got me! Leona has always been my favorite winner from any of these singing competitions. Heres hoping her 3rd album catches on better in the US than her 2nd did.

    I prefer the lyrics to the song….but I think if they sped the music up it could be good enough to dance to at a club.  Bet Calvin Harris could do it. 

    Leona has a beautiful tone to her voice…always has!
