X Factor UK Live Tour 2012 line-up is announced:
3 GIRLS: Amelia Lily, Misha B, Janet Devlin
2 BOYS: Craig Colton, Marcus Collins
2 OVER 25s: Kitty Brucknell, Johnny Robinson
2 GROUPS: Little Mix, The Risk

No Frankie Cocozza! I think he is out … Usually TOP 8 acts tour. Last year they added 9th place finisher, Aiden Grimshaw to the line-up. This year, boyband The Risk finished 9th and Amelia Lily took Frankie’s place on the show and on tour, too, I guess.

Newest Marks & Spencer Christmas advert:

Amelia Lily gets solo appearances (replaced Kitty), Frankie Cocozza is now completely edited out: no solo appearance, no group appearance (used to stand between Kitty and Bradley in the back row), no vocal solos (replaced by Marcus).

Fazer is the real X Factor winner
THIS year’s X Factor series may have had a pile of problems with contestants… but at least it’s been kind to one act – N-Dubz.

Tulisa is a judge on the show and now her bandmate Fazer’s been lined up to produce music for the winner – even if his girlfriend’s act Little Mix don’t make it. He said: “I’ll be producing for the X Factor winner, it’s been decided.

“This isn’t just a hook-up with Tulisa, I’m going to work with whichever act wins.

“I’ve been talking to SyCo about working on a few different things for them.

What DO they have in common? ‘Cradle-snatcher’ Caroline Flack, 32, enjoys cosy dinner with One Direction’s Harry Styles, 17
There may be 15 years between them but it seems that age is nothing but a number to Caroline Flack and Harry Styles.

The One Direction singer has shared a passionate kiss with the 32-year-old star and now it seems the pair enjoyed dinner together on Tuesday night.

Styles, 17, believes he’s found ‘the one’ according to his fellow band mate, Louis Tomlinson, but his fans are less fond of her as the star has apparently been receiving death threats.

Miaow, pussycat! Kelly Rowland shows off her animal magnetism in a leopard print dress as she attends Gary Barlow’s charity gala dinner

Because the X Factor judge not only looked on top form but absolutely sensational as she arrived at a charity dinner last night in a stunning animal print dress.

Westrife: Boyband take aim at ex-boss Simon Cowell and Brian McFadden as they discuss why they finally decided to split
Speaking to the Daily Mirror, Nicky said: ‘Simon WAS the best thing that ever happened to us, with Louis Walsh, in the beginning. Without Simon Cowell we wouldn’t have had the career the way we’ve had it. He picked every single and it’s the singles that make you successful.

‘He’s a very talented man at what he does. Especially picking songs. But then Syco Music… records… whatever. That whole machine exploded for him in the States.

‘I don’t think for one minute, “Why is he gonna worry about little old Westlife when he’s over in the States?”‘

The group then went on to explain how, as Cowell became more famous in America, his attention on them slowly dwindled.

Nicky continued to describe how Westlife would be in clubs with the music mogul and he’d be surrounded by fans scrambling for a chance to meet him.

He said: ‘We were used to getting all the attention, but in this club everyone – including men – were queueing to get to him.

Simon is going to make a fortune off his little 3rd place goldmine.  One Direction really reminds me of the boy bands of yesterday.  This is my favorite track from their album:   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ley0_wH4MQ  I’ll be downloading this song as soon as I am legally allowed to do so.

If Wikipedia is right, this is one of the 3 songs the boys wrote together.

Really? You’ve got to be kidding me, I would have never thought that.  There is something that just tugs at the heartstrings about it.  Maybe people are right and they are going to be the next Take That, after all.

Wow. Niall’s solo sounds really interesting on that song. They should let him sing more.

I have no idea why they picked that crappy song for the 2nd single. There are much better tracks on the album.

  • hayes

Yep, More Than This is definitely the best track, which makes the fact that the five boys wrote the track by themselves so much harder to believe. But good job. And they each have a solo, I think fans will appreciate that.

They seem to be doing really well in the UK, but I don’t think the boyband thing will work over here. The American audience is just not very receptive to that anymore. Anyway, more power to them.

Ahmmm…its Westlife not Westrife. Love this band. Was so sad when they split.

I wonder if they all wrote the song equally or if they wrote the song like Take That writes a song; Gary Barlow pretty much does all the work and everyone else throws in their two cents. Regardless, at least one of those young boys has song writing skills.
