I recognized the song — Alex Lambert was one of my favorites his season and I watched that internet show he was on when he recorded the song.  I actually liked Alex’s version more cause it was more a melodic pop-reggae style and his voice is more interesting than Chris Rene’s.  Chris Rene gives an average delivery that comes off like watered down rap that he likes to do – the reggae beats helped salvage his weak demo-like delivery. I like the song though and I wish him well with his CD.
